The Chillicothe City Council had a visit from the Preteen Miss Heartland Princess of America, Molly Kennebeck at their meeting this week. Kennebeck talked about her platform, “The Vape Free Kids Coalition.”
Kennebeck says The Vape Free Kids Coalition was started locally.
Kennebeck answered questions from the council and talked about some of what she has seen among her peers at the Chillicothe Middle School.
