Southwest R-1 School in Ludlow has scheduled their annual preschool and kindergarten screening on August 4th and 5th from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Kindergarten screening is for any student that did not attend Southwest preschool and will be entering Kindergarten.
Children who are eligible for preschool by being four years of age before August 1st or eligible for Kindergarten by being five years of age before August 1st will be screened to assess their growth and development.
All parents should bring their child’s birth certificate and immunization records to fill out forms.
Children ill be given the DIAL-4 Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning test.
