A Jamesport man was arrested in Caldwell County on Carrollton warrants. Twenty-eight-year-old Russell Prescott of Jamesport was arrested at about 4:40 pm by Troopers in Caldwell County. The arrest was on two Carrollton warrants for alleged traffic offenses. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
