1:39 am, Officer stopped a vehicle near Fair and Lambert Drive for a traffic violation. The 32-year-old driver was found to be impaired and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
8:56 am, Officer at police department taking a report of Theft of roofing material.
9:38 am, Report of a small child going from house to house, knocking on doors in the area of Danner Park and Twelfth Street. Officers unable to locate anyone.
11:20 am, Officer traveled to Kansas City for Federal Court appearance.
1:05 pm, Officer out at Jackson and Elm Street recovering possible drug paraphernalia. Item picked up for disposal.
3:59 pm, Officer assisted Animal Control in checking the welfare of a dog in the 300 block of Hill Street. The animal was being cared for.
4:29 pm, Officers assisted the Children’s Division on a call in the 400 block of Vine Street.
10:25 pm, Officer performed a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street. The driver, a 26-year-old resident was found to be impaired and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
