A Cainsville man was arrested by Troopers in Grundy county Thursday night. Thirty-four-year-old James Coss was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
