With the Labor Day Holiday fast approaching, the Chillicothe Municipal Utilities Refuse Department reminds their customers they will be closed on Monday. Refuse Director Troy Figg says that will affect the customers with Monday routes.
Figg says customers with Monday and Tuesday routes can help by placing items at the curb early.
