Livingston Co. Sheriff’s Arrest Report

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports numerous arrests in the past couple of weeks.  That includes the arrest of two of their most wanted:

On Sunday, 51-year-old Gregory M. Anderson of Chillicothe surrendered to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on a charge of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Wednesday, 38-year-old Kevin R. Head was arrested by Chillicothe police on a warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Other Arrests:

September 24th, a traffic stop for 103 in a 65 on US 36 at Mooresville resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Christopher Jeffery Tyler of Phoenix, AZ for the alleged speeding and no auto insurance.  Tyler posted bond and released on a summons.

September 25th a deputy working traffic safety grant stopped a vehicle on US 65 for no license plates.  The driver, 37-year-old Angel Denise Carpenter of Iowa was arrested for alleged Driving While Revoked/Suspended and No Auto Insurance.  She posted bond and was released.

September 25th, 33-year-old Gina Elise Elam of Chillicothe was arrested on a Probation Violation warrant on original charge of Endangering Welfare of a Child.  She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $2,500.

September 25th a traffic stop on US 36 for alleged no plates resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Christopher Don Ellintgon of Oak Grove for alleged Driving While Revoked/Suspended.  He posted bond and was released.

September 28th Deputies arrested 30-year-old Michael Kamren Lent of Chillicothe on two warrants.  The first for alleged Driving While Revoked and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The second for alleged Failure to Appear. Lent was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with total bond set at $30,000.

September 28th, a traffic stop on LIV 256 resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Bradley Dewayne Taylor of Chillicothe, a passenger in the vehicle.  Taylor was wanted on a Clay County warrant for alleged failure to appear.  He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

September 29th, 22-year-old Joseph Alan Vargas of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of Domestic Assault.  Bond is set at $5,000

 

September 28th, deputies handled several extraditions.  Including:

49-year-old Jon Alfred Ralston from Caldwell County on a bond violation warrant.

35-year-old Truitt M. Caudill of Wheeling from Caldwell County on a bond violation warrant

21-year-old Chyanna L. Cooper of Chillicothe from the Hamilton Police on a warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of Trafficking Drugs
