Softball playoff scores in the KCHI area:
Class 1 District 11
#2 Linn County over Bevier 17 to 7. Linn County will play #1 Atlanta, which beat Meadville 15-0. The championship game is tonight at 6:00pm in Brookfield.
In Class 1 District 12 Braymer with Breckenridge won the district title with a 10-0 win over Brunswick with Keytesville.
Class 1 District 13 was won by Pattonsburg 20-2 in an upset over top seed Winston.
Class 2 District 6 saw #1 Marceline improve to 22-1 with a 2-0 win over Milan. They will face Brookfield on Saturday. Brookfield ended Trenton’s season with an 11-3 win.
Class 2 District 7 had East Buchanan over Lathrop 8 to 6. They will play Penney of Hamilton, a 5-3 winner over Maysville. That game is Saturday at 10:00am at Lathrop
In Class 2 District 8 Sherwood beat Lawson 11-1. They will face Polo for the championship. Polo beat Carrollton 5 to 3. The title game is at 1:00pm on Saturday.
