Livingston County Public Water Supply District #2 has issued a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for customers on LIV 233, south of Old 190 and customers west of LIV 233 to LIV 2313. The Boil Advisory is in place until Saturday at 4:00 pm
Under the Boil Water Advisory, customers should boil tap water used for cooking or drinking for three minutes.
Ice cubes made with tap water should be thrown out and remade with boiled water.
Surfaces that come in contact with raw or prepared foods, including dishes and countertops, should be sanitized with a solution of clean tap water and a teaspoon of bleach per gallon of water.
