A Cowgill teen had moderate injuries in a single-vehicle accident in Caldwell County Sunday morning. State Troopers report 17-year-old Zachary Stratton of Cowgill was taken to Liberty Hospital following the accident at about 4:00 am on Highway 116 near Highway 13. According to the report, Stratton was westbound and ran off the left side of the road, struck a driveway, went airborne and his car overturned, coming to rest on its top. He was not wearing a safety belt.
