Lawrence Hinnen was recognized by the Livingston County Commission Thursday for his 47 years of service on the Green Hills Regional Planning Board. Hinnen was presented with a plaque, thanking him for his service. In attendance were the commissioners, the County Clerk, and former Presiding Commissioner Eva Danner-Horton.
