State Troopers reported three arrests in the area counties Tuesday.
At about Noon in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 21-year-old Kaleb Brooks of Hallsville and 25-year-old Tye Wells of Chillicothe. Wells was arrested for alleged tampering with a vehicle and on a Linn County warrant for an alleged probation violation on a charge of dangerous drugs. Brooks was arrested for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. Both were taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on 24-hour holds.
In Daviess County at about 1:40 pm, Troopers arrested 26-year-old Monica Presby of Winston for alleged speeding, no seatbelt, and failure to appear on a defective equipment charge. She was taken to the Cameron Police Department pending the posting of bond.
