Two arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the area counties.
Thursday at 8:55 am, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 50-year-old Lori Seward of Mooresville for alleged possession of a controlled substance and on a Buchanan County warrant for alleged no seatbelt. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
Friday (today) at 2:25 am, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 43-year-old Gary Howard of Desmoines, IA for alleged DWI and Careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
