The Chillicothe 8th grade Girls Basketball team lost to Savannah 34-18 in the semifinals of the Savannah Tournament.
Coach Rachael Wheeler says her team was led by Auntie Burton with 8 points, Liz Oliver with 4, Kaelee French with 3 and Alyssa Munroe and Presley Rardon each with 2 points.
Coach Wheeler said Tori Stoner, Emerson Stafancik, Lucie Cosgrove, Hannah Pfieffer and Allie West did a good job taking care of the ball and playing hard.
The 8th Grade Lady Hornets play for Third place Friday at 4:00pm.
