Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission and The Board of Adjustments will meet on January 4th at City Hall.
The Board of Adjustments will meet starting at 5:30 pm for a public hearing on a request for a variance to construct a building on a nonconforming lot at 1116 Springhill Road.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm to review a petition from Home of Sliced Bread Corporation to nominate 100 Elm Street as a Historic Landmark.
Both meetings will take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Social Distancing and masks are required for those in attendance.
