Two arrests in the area counties are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Friday at about 11:00 pm in Clinton County, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Desiree Guthrie of Cameron for alleged DWI, speeding, and no seatbelt. She was taken to the Clinton County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
Saturday at about 2:40 am, Troopers in Carroll County arrested 42-year-old Joseph Ratliff of Carrollton for alleged DWI with drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, failing to obey a traffic device, and no insurance. He was processed and released
