The Chillicothe City Council will meet in Special Session on Monday, February 1st. the meeting will be at 5:30 pm and will be held by Teleconference.
The agenda for the meeting includes:
City Attorney Robert Cowherd with a Discussion and Ordinance authorizing an agreement with McClure Engineering for railroad engineering services.
City Administrator Darin Chappell will lead a discussion and review of financial advisor proposals.
Chappell will also lead a discussion regarding Street Maintenance Plan
For the public to access the Public Teleconference Meeting, the procedure is below.

- When prompted enter the Conference ID number: 918042 followed by the #
- If the moderator is not on yet it will ask you to wait
- If the meeting has already started you should be immediately connected and be able to listen to the meeting.
- Public Comments will be accepted on the public hearing.
