A Salisbury man had serious injuries when his truck was struck by a train Wednesday morning. Sixty-year-old Leland Linneman was northbound on Call Hubbard Road when he attempted to stop at a rail crossing and slid into the path of a westbound train. Linneman was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment. he was NOT wearing a safety belt.
