A Salisbury resident was arrested by State Troopers Thursday morning in Chariton County. Troopers arrested 44-year-old Coby A Durham on a Lafayette County warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
