The Missouri Legislature is on “Spring Break” and Representative Rusty Black says Budget will be the primary focus for the House when they return to Jefferson City.
Black says he is on several committees,
This would help those small businesses offer a benefit that is not easily available to them now.
Black is also on the Elementary and Secondary Education Committee and will talk more about that on Thursday.
