Sheriff’s Department Report Includes Several Arrests

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department activities for the past week include several investigations and arrests.

Incident Reports:

March 20th Deputies responded to LIV 426 for damage to a fence.  During the investigation at the scene, the 16-year-old driver who had left the scene returned with a parent and made an agreement with the owner to repair/replace the damage.

March 22nd deputies began an investigation of reported theft from private property on LIV 256.  The investigation continues.

March 24th, deputies responded to a location on US 36 as a woman called reporting she believed she was overdosing on methamphetamine while driving and had her child in the vehicle.  Medical assistance was obtained and the Children’s Division was notified.  The matter remains under further investigation.

Most Wanted Arrests:

March 22, 38-year-old Olivia Laray Tuttle of Iowa on Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance.

March 23rd, Kansas authorities arrested 46-year-old Jennifer Lee Allen on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance.  She will be extradited.

March 23rd, Clay County authorities arrested 31-year-old Travis James Skinner of Kansas City, on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond set at $5,000.

Other Arrests:

March 21st Deputies arrested 22-year-old Austin Michael Herm Quinn of Brookfield following a traffic stop. The arrest was for alleged 93 in a 60 and Driving While Suspended.  He was processed and released.

March 23rd Deputies and Chillicothe Police located 26-year-old Dylan Elijah Head of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on an original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
