A collision between two ATVs Monday evening left one driver with serious injuries.  Forty-one-year-old Jeremy Gully was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment following the collision at about 7:55 pm on Falk, near Fern Drive, north of Purdin.  The Missouri Highway Patrol reports an ATV driven by 36-year-old Christopher Bontrager of Purdin was westbound and had stopped, when he was struck from behind by the ATV driven by Gully.  They were not wearing helmets.

They were both arrested by troopers.  Gully was arrested for alleged DWI Chronic Offender and Driving While Revoked.  Bontrager was arrested for alleged no valid license and assault.  He was held at the Macon County Sheriff’s Office.
