A Statutory Rape case investigated by the Brookfield Police ended with a guilty verdict. The Linn County Prosecuting Attorney announced the guilty verdict was handed down by the Sullivan County jury for Rodger Gannan. Gannan was found guilty of first-degree statutory rape and patronizing prostitution.
Sentencing will be June 9th.
