Report Of Track-Hoe Fire Near Grand River

A report of a track-hoe on fire summoned Chillicothe Fire Fighters Thursday afternoon.  Firefighters received the call about 5:55 pm to Wetland Road and the Grand River, south of US 36.  The fire crew arrived in 14 minutes to find the track hoe had fire coming from the cab and the engine compartment.  Approximately 750 gallons of water was used to put out the fire.  The fire crew was on the scene for less than 30 minutes
