The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department will transport two people to the Missouri Department of Corrections following recent court appearances.
55-year-old Scott Perschbacher of Chillicothe was sentenced to 4 years for possession of a controlled substance. Sheriff Steve Cox says Perschbacher has been in custody since September 1st, 2020.
18-year-old Anna Wader of Carrollton was sentenced to a CODS program on a Probation Violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
