The City of Chillicothe is working to grow the size of the industrial park area to allow for expansion of the space available to businesses interested in locating or expanding in Chillicothe. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the current Industrial Park has only 12 acres available.
Chappell says the project that includes an exchange of land could happen very soon, the other part of the possible expansion they hope to complete later in the year.
