The final budget adjustments to the 2020/2021 Chillicothe City Budget were approved by the City Council Monday. The adjustments totaled $16,100, in two areas. City Treasurer Hannah Fletcher explains.
The vote to approve was 4-0 with the 3rd Ward Councilman absent.
