Police Report For Wednesday
The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 108 calls for service Monday. The calls include:
6:45 am, Officers responded to a two-vehicle injury accident at US 65 and US 36. A northbound vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle, as the eastbound vehicle attempted to make a left turn. One driver was cited for failing to yield resulting in a traffic crash. Two people sought their own medical treatment.
9:27 am, a 24-year-old woman turned herself in on a Livingston County warrant for failing to obey a judge’s order on six counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child. The woman was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.
10:30 am, Officers responded to the 300 block of Tenth St. for an unresponsive female. The Livingston County Coroner’s Office was called and determined the female was deceased and appeared to have died of natural causes.
7:34 pm, Officers responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Springhill Rd. The driver who swerved to avoid striking an animal and ended up in the ditch. No injuries were reported.
9:12 pm, a possible forced entry was reported at a home in the 1300 block of Easton St. Officers did not discover any forced entry or suspects in the area.
