The Livingston County Courts have sentence six people to serve sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
25-year-old Hazel Miller of Kansas City was sentenced to a total of 18 years in prison on three charges. That includes 7 years on a Probation Violation – Tampering; 4 years on a Probation Violation Resisting; and 7 years on a Probation Violation Possession Controlled Substance. All sentences are to run consecutively.
20-year-old Kelly Saville of Chillicothe sentenced to 7 years for Probation Violation Possession Controlled Substance
43-year-old Lee Hines of Avalon, sentenced to 4 years for Possession Controlled Substance.
31-year-old Charles Henson of Breckenridge, sentenced to 2 years for Failure to Register As Sex Offender – Change of Address.
26-year-old Dylan Head of Chillicothe, sentenced to 3 years for Possession Controlled Substance.
24-year-old Cameroon Carmack of Norborne, sentenced to 7 years for Probation Violation – Delivery Controlled Substance.
All detainees will be transported at earliest opportunity.
