Theft of an SUV at a gas station in Hamilton led to an arrest at the Cameron Hospital. As the information was broadcast to area law enforcement, the Clinton County Sheriff saw the vehicle exit I-35 to the Cameron Regional Medical Center. The driver exited the SUV and went into the hospital. Police from Cameron, the Caldwell County Sheriff’s office, and the Highway Patrol covered the hospital exits and arrested the woman. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
