A Linn County man was arrested on 36 counts that include, alleged Child Molestation with a victim under the age of 12, Statutory Rape of a child under the age of 14, Rape or Attempted Rape, Statutory Sodomy with a person under the age of 14, and Patronizing Prostitution 18 years and older. Forty-one-year-old Jason Jones of Forker, MO was arrested on May 13th for alleged crimes that date back nearly 10 years. The Probable Cause statement from the investigation and prosecution has been sealed by court order to protect the victim’s identity and privacy.
In the arraignment, Jones entered a plea of not guilty. He remains in custody.
