State Troopers made three arrests in the area counties Wednesday.
In Livingston County at about 2:15 pm, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Katie A Rice of Brookfield for alleged 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and no seatbelt. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
In Caldwell County at about 8:45 pm, Troopers arrested 20-year-old Thomas A Rauscher of Richmond on a Ray County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a drug charge. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
In Sullivan County at about 9:45 am, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Jason E Clay of Trenton for alleged leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, and no insurance. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
