The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 113 calls for service Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
9:02 am, Officers responded to the 900 block of Vine Street on a report of property damage to two windows, during nighttime hours.
9:48 am, Officer out in the 1000 block of Vine Street for a dog that was supposed to have been removed from within the City and now it is returned. Office speaking to involved parties.
12:06 pm, Officer were in the 400 block of Williams Street on a report of a stolen vehicle.
2:47 pm, Officers and Emergency Services made a well-being check of a person laying on the sidewalk in 400 block of Polk Street.
5:02 pm, Officers at the police department took a report of an assault that happened in the 500 block of Corporate Drive. Investigation continuing.
5:04 pm, Officers took a report of possible drug paraphernalia in the street at Cowgill and Green Streets. Item picked up for disposal.
8:13 pm, Suspicious activity in the Dawn area was called into the Sheriff’s Department which led to the arrest of three people and the recovery of a reported stolen vehicle from Chillicothe. One man and two women were arrested, transported to Chillicothe, and processed. The man t was transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail and incarcerated on a 24-hour hold and the women were released.
