The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a Harris, MO man early Saturday morning. At about 12:50 am, 80-year-old Tyrone Hullinger of Harris was arrested for alleged DWI and failure to drive in the right lane. He was processed at the Sullivan County Jail and Released.
