The Chillicothe Board of Adjustments will hear a request for a variance when they meet Tuesday, July 6th. The meeting is at 5:30 pm at City Hall.
A public hearing will be held on the request by Pat Scott and Jon Garber for a deck with a roof within 6 feet of the property line at 96 Virginia. (The home is located at the corner of Virginia and Hillcrest.)
