Two Accident On Highway 6 Thursday Afternoon

State Troopers investigated two accidents on Highway 6 in Northern Missouri Thursday.

At 1:12 pm in Sullivan County, an accident between a trash truck and a semi left the semi driver with minor injuries.  The report states the trash truck driven by 48-year-old Michael Christy of Bevier backed into the path of the westbound semi, near Reger.  The semi driver, 52-year-old Kerrie Revis of Colorado had minor injuries and was taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital.

An accident in Daviess County left four injured, including three with moderate injuries.  At about 3:15 pm the accident happened about 5 miles east of Gallatin, when a pick-up driven by 34-year-old Jonathan Parker of Gallatin was eastbound and 33-year-old Daryl Betts of Fayette turned onto Highway 6 and pulled into the path of the Parker vehicle.  Both drivers and an 82-year-old passenger in the parker vehicle had moderate injuries and a 6-year-old in the Betts vehicle had minor injuries.  They were all taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment,
