State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties Monday.
At about 4:50 pm in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Steven M Detwiler of Richmond on a felony warrant out of Howell County. Detwiler was taken to the Ray County Jail and held, pending the posting of bond.
In Livingston County at about 7:45 pm, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Megan Jackson of St. Joseph for alleged Driving while suspended – 2nd offense, no seatbelt, and on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked.
