The new Livingston County Library Director, Sue Lightfoot Horine began as the new Director, coming to Chillicothe from Carrollton.
Horine talked about what attracted her to the position.
The Library is having a welcoming reception for the new Director, Sue Lightfoot Horine, today, starting at Noon. She says she looks forward to meeting the patrons of the library and finding out what they want to see in the future.
