The City of Chillicothe is seeking bids for demolition of three properties. The properties are located at 1547 Bryan, 1016 Cherry, and 615 Vine Street (see photos below). City Administrator Darin Chappell says these properties have gone through the Nuisance Property process.
Chappell says the city tries to recover the cost of the demolition.
The city may have to wait years to recover the cost of demolition in cases like these.
