A Braymer man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday in Caldwell County. Twenty-five-year-old Trevor H Elliot of Braymer was arrested at about 5:44 pm for alleged no seatbelt and on a Clinton County warrant. He was held pending the posting of bond.
