The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 89 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
7:32 AM, Officers assisted a stranded motorist in the 1900 block of North Washington Street.
6:06 PM, Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Washington Street for a report of a downed power line. Officers determined the line was a telephone or internet cable, which had broken. The line was cleared from the roadway.
9:47 PM, Officer received a report of a stolen temporary license plate in the 600 block of South Washington Street.
10:58 PM, Officer responded to north Washington Street and Coach K Road for a report of cows in the roadway. No cows were observed.
