For a city like Chillicothe to grow and attract business and industry, the community will often hire a consultant called an Economic Developer. For Chillicothe, Terry Rumery represents the city and tries to bring businesses to consider our community.
Rumery says they are not just looking for industrial leads.
He says because of the nature of his work, we hardly hear about what he is doing for the community.
