The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on Tuesday.
At about 10:00 am, Deputies arrested 53-year-old John Wayne Rothwell of St. Joseph for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
At about 3:40 pm, Deputies arrested 39-year-old Luchsal Fraloma Moore of Chillicothe for alleged unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500 cash only.
