A crowd of about 60 people gathered across from the CMU office prior to the Chillicothe City Council meeting. Six members attended the meeting and were heard as part of the public comment portion of the agenda. The comments urged the city to take action in response to Hedrick Medical Centers Vaccine Mandate.
City Administrator Darin Chappel says the City does not control the operation of the hospital.
