The Chillicothe High School Band placed well in two divisions at the Carrollton Band Days competition. Band Director Sarah Cavanah says the Marching Hornets earned 2nd place in the class 3 parade competition at Carrollton Band Day. Bands competing in class 3 include: Chillicothe, Macon, Maryville, Clinton, Boonville, Hallsville, Knob Noster, California, Trenton, and Lawson.
The CHS drum line earned 4th place out of 8 class 3 schools
