Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 107 calls for service Tuesday.  Some of the calls include:

10:39 a.m., Officers arrested a 28-year-old man on a Livingston County arrest warrant for domestic assault.  The man had turned himself in at the Police Department.  He was unable to post the required bond and was held at the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.

12:46 p.m., Officers arrested a 63-year-old man following an investigation for stealing and trespassing in the 1000 block of Polk St.  The male was processed and released.

1:23 p.m., Officers responded to a report of a deceased person in the 400 block of Calhoun St.  They were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services and the Livingston County Coroner.

4:27 p.m., Officers were dispatched to panhandlers/solicitors in the area of W. Bus. 36 Hwy. and Graves St.  Officers contacted the individuals, who were advised of the ordinance and left the area.

5:14 p.m., Officers arrested a 27-year-old man for operating a motor vehicle while revoked, following a traffic stop at S. Washington St. and Waples St.  The man was processed and released pending a court appearance.
