The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports three bookings in the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
54-year-old Tamala Jean Buchanan of Chillicothe was arrested by Caldwell County authorities on a warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. She is held with bond set at $20,000.
33-year-old Ciara J Perkins of Windsor was arrested by Chillicothe Police Officers for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Her bond is set at $20,000.
46-year-old Brandon Allen Locker of Dawn was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies for alleged violation of an order of protection. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
