Two Conditional Use Permits will be considered by the Chillicothe City Council following their approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Commission members heard the request from Foster Adopt Connect to allow them to provide services to foster children and families at 301 Cowgill, the old “Chillicothe Community of Christ” building.
There was no opposition to the request.
The Commission also approved placing a mobile home at 704 Samuel Street. Codes officer Kevin Shira says the property is zone R-5 and allows for the placement of a mobile home.
One neighbor spoke in opposition.
Shira says both were approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will require final approval from the Chillicothe City Council.
