The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one person was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail Tuesday.
36-year-old Cheyenne Nicole Church of Chillicothe was arrested by Kansas City Police on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance.
 Bond is set at $7,500 cash only.
