A Chillicothe employee was promoted to full time status in a closed executive session of the Chillicothe City Council. On a vote of 5-0, the Chillicothe city Council approved Troy Cranmer to split his time between the Street Department and Airport. He will work part time as a diesel mechanic in the street department and part time mowing/maintenance at the Airport.
